Cara has a proven track record in job placements, career coaching, and leading teams to achieve measurable success. She is especially passionate about conducting vocational assessments, defining employment objectives, and tracking progress to ensure individuals achieve meaningful outcomes. Certified in UEB Braille, Cara is dedicated to accessibility and inclusion in every aspect of her work. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys volunteering with Society for the Blind and the Special Olympics, continuing her mission to empower individuals of all abilities. Gabby has many years of experience working in Special Education and has worked with students at various ages to help them achieve their goals. Her passion has always been to work with people with disabilities and feels the most joy doing what she does. In High school Gabby took some ASL classes and found herself diving deep into the community. Although it has been sometime, she still is excited to carry on conversations when she can in Sign Language. She recently became a mother to her son and is loving every moment she gets with him.
