Her passion for creating job opportunities and financial stability for individuals with disabilities is both a personal mission and a professional calling. Tracy’s journey began at home. Growing up, she carefully saved all her class notes for her younger brother Ed, whose disability made writing difficult. Thanks to Tracy’s support, Ed went on to graduate from high school with straight A’s. This early experience shaped her lifelong commitment to breaking down barriers and uplifting others. Today, as a Job Developer, Tracy helps dozens of people with disabilities build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in the workforce. With a proven track record in job placements, career coaching, and team leadership, she continues to open doors and change lives. Tracy is also a force for change in the business community, building lasting partnerships and promoting inclusive hiring practices. Karen Morera "Breathe, and have faith that everything will work out for the best." Karen has an academic background in Accounting and has honed her skills in bookkeeping and other administrative duties through more than two years of professional hands-on experience as an admin and accounting assistant in a fast-paced industry. In her most recent roles in the BPO industry, she specialized in email support, which further enhanced her organizational and problem-solving skills. Her journey has been marked by continuous learning and professional development, allowing her to excel in her field. As she joins Advance Employment Group, Karen is eager to apply her expertise and enthusiasm to the team. She is passionately committed to empowering individuals with unique abilities and finds great fulfillment in contributing to her team's efforts to make a positive impact. People's differences, their similarities, their choices, their personalities. Sometimes it takes a variety to make a good collection. The same goes for people." – Colleen Hoover. Gabby has many years of experience working in Special Education and has worked with students at various ages to help them achieve their goals. Her passion has always been to work with people with disabilities and feels the most joy doing what she does. In High school Gabby took some ASL classes and found herself diving deep into the community. Although it has been sometime, she still is excited to carry on conversations when she can in Sign Language. She recently became a mother to her son and is loving every moment she gets with him. Cara Rosen "Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase.” – Martin Luther King Jr. With over 20 years of experience supporting adults and youth with developmental and intellectual disabilities, Cara Rosen brings a deep commitment to inclusive employment practices and person-centered support. Her expertise spans vocational assessments, work adjustment training, ADA-compliant accommodations, and thorough documentation practices. Cara has a proven track record in job placements, career coaching, and leading teams to achieve measurable success. She is especially passionate about conducting vocational assessments, defining employment objectives, and tracking progress to ensure individuals achieve meaningful outcomes. Certified in UEB Braille, Cara is dedicated to accessibility and inclusion in every aspect of her work. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys volunteering with Society for the Blind and the Special Olympics, continuing her mission to empower individuals of all abilities. Julia Castillo "If you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain" – Dolly Parton Julia was born and raised in Southern California. She attended the University of Arizona and received a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice Studies with a minor in Psychology. Julia has 8+ years of experience as a human services professional with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through case management, behavioral health, and community-based programs. She is passionate in helping others overcome barriers, connect with vital resources, and achieve meaningful change. Outside of work, Julia spends most of her time surrounded by friends, family, and her many animals. Her hobbies include bowling, exploring new places, reading and hiking. Victoria Renger "Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game." – Babe Ruth Victoria has 12+ years of experience with a diverse background. She has worked in Special Education, Behavioral Health, and Juvenile Probation programs. Her compassion, determination, and go-getter attitude makes her successful with her clients, partnerships and DOR counselors. She has a limitless mindset and thrills on collaborating with others to achieve the highest success possible for all involved. Isabella Demsky "If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you." Isabella grew up emerged in the world of Special Education helped by her mom in the classroom. Her first "job," job coaching was in 1st first grade where she took a classmate with a disability under her wing and helped him navigate the school system. She later used all of her elective periods from 7th to 12th grade working in the Special Education classes as a mentor. Keri Canedo "You were created to make somebody else's life better. Somebody needs your smile. They need your love, your encouragement and your gifts." – Joel Osteen Keri Canedo is a compassionate advocate for people with disabilities, dedicating her career to creating inclusive environments and providing support for individuals to live empowered lives. With a background in disability services and advocacy, Keri works tirelessly to promote accessibility, equality, and independence for those she serves. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.A. in English and Political Science, and she also holds an M.A. in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego. She serves as a Coach with Special Olympics Northern California and her work ranges from offering direct support to individuals with disabilities to collaborating with organizations to improve accessibility and inclusivity. She is honored and humbled to be a part of the AEG family and she looks forward to positively impacting lives, and fostering greater opportunities and understanding within the community.
