Her expertise spans vocational assessments, work adjustment training, ADA-compliant accommodations, and thorough documentation practices.
Cara has a proven track record in job placements, career coaching, and leading teams to achieve measurable success. She is especially passionate about conducting vocational assessments, defining employment objectives, and tracking progress to ensure individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.
Certified in UEB Braille, Cara is dedicated to accessibility and inclusion in every aspect of her work. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys volunteering with Society for the Blind and the Special Olympics, continuing her mission to empower individuals of all abilities.
