At age 11, Alexandra embarked on a journey of founding a nonprofit organization at Chapman Partnership, aimed at assisting homeless children through the transformative power of dance. What began as a simple initiative blossomed into a full-fledged summer camp and Christmas gift drive, touching the lives of countless individuals in need. 

 

Driven by her experiences in the nonprofit sector, Alexandra developed an interest in the industry's potential to create positive change while sustaining a livelihood. This fascination propelled her towards a career in Employment Services, where she has spent the last seven years advocating for individuals of all abilities.

 

Alexandra finds fulfillment in bridging the gap between employers and job seekers, championing inclusivity and effective communication in the workplace. Through her work, Alexandra continues to exemplify the transformative impact of compassion, determination, and a steadfast commitment to making the world a better place for all.
